The seminar has been arranged in the field of ergonomics which is a prominent intersection of Industrial Engineering and Biomechanics titled 'Brain, Mobility, and Injury: New Perspectives in Injury Biomechanics and Ergonomics Research'. The aim of this seminar is to introduce the undergraduate students of the dept. of IPE, BUET with the latest research trends and potential career opportunities in the relevant field. Dr. Suman K. Chowdhury will be the facilitator and speaker of the seminar. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering at Texas Tech University. He has been serving as the Chair-Elect of the Occupational Ergonomics Technical Group of Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, USA, since 2020. He currently serves on the editorial board (provisional) of the prestigious Human Factors Journal
