Personal Biography

Ridwan Al Aziz is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He was a Presidential Fellow in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at SUNY Buffalo, New York, USA consecutively for 4 years and received his Ph.D. from there in February 2022. He received both his B.Sc. and M.Sc. Engineering in IPE from BUET in 2014 and 2017 respectively. His research interest includes combining the knowledge of Data Analytics and Machine Learning, Operations Research, and Game Theory in different fields such as Social Media Analytics, Healthcare, Homeland Security, and Supply Chain Management.
