Ridwan Al Aziz is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He received his B.Sc. degree in 2014 and M.Sc. degree in 2017 in IPE from BUET. He joined the IPE department as a lecturer in 2014. He was a Presidential Fellow in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at SUNY Buffalo and received his Ph.D. from there in 2022. His research interest includes combining data analysis, operations research, and game theoretic approach in the fields such as Social Media Analytics, Homeland Security, Healthcare, and Supply Chain Management.
